Fulham Park Homestad

Kierra & Dan. Fulham Park Homestead

Captured by Lisa Hayman Photography and shared in her words.

From the moment I caught up with Keirra and Dan in the lead up to the wedding, I knew that family was going to be a massive part of their day. The wedding venue was Keirra's Father's workplace and the whole workforce behind Fulham Park Homestead put in many hours to get the venue looking it's best. We had ferocious winds a couple of days before the wedding was to take place and their was a silent army (lead by Keirra's dad) working for hours and hours picking up gum tree limbs that had fallen around the reception marquee area. Keirra, Dan, their families and bridal parties worked tirelessly to set up the outdoor space, hang festoon lighting - all whilst juggling the delights of their 1 year old son, Sonny.

Family continued to play a significant role in the wedding day celebrations and it was hard not to get swept up in the love of it all.
Keirra & Dan were incredibly kind, understanding, flexible and a dream to work with as a vendor. We worked together beautifully to capture the real moments of the day - all amidst family homes and a gorgeous local venue.

Keirra planned so meticulously to surprise her guests with a Mr Whippy van for dessert! It was utilised by the guests (and some vendors, ahem - me!). Hunter and Gatherer Events did an incredible job with the most epic grazing platter near the old stables and court yard. The guests feasted on those delights between the ceremony and reception.
