How did you get into your line of work?
I'm a horticulturist and have pained with my Grandma since I was young. I drew a friends bouquet and enjoyed it so much and loved giving it to her as a unique gift. I just wanted to keep doing something so special.
What do you offer to the Wedding/events industry?
A keepsake of the brides special day - a piece of art so unique to them that can hang in their home and bring them joy long after the event.
Can you share your main do's and don't's for weddings and events?
Just to enjoy it! Pick a good florist so the bouquet you get is one unique to your personality. Don't not enjoy yourself!
Do you have a morning ritual?
A big vanilla coffee.
Any funny stories while working within the events industry?
Sorry nope! Just positive vibes from everyone I come across!
What are some of the ways you ensure exceptional service to your couples?
I am a bit of a perfectionist and will never hand over a piece I'm not happy with.
Is there any other Bride's Day Out vendors you admire and why?
Obviously the girls from Pollen & Patina and Light and Type photography for making it happen but also Van Berkel Florist as what they create is amazing! That's just because they're in my niche though - all of the vendors have amazing things on offer!
